Scope and limitations
- Requires HTTPS/localhost, available hardware, and browser permission; recording also needs MediaRecorder.
- Local media is capped around 128 MiB; leaving stops devices and clears temporary content, so download first.
Common mistakes
- Pausing or stopping recording does not turn off the camera; click Disable camera when finished. Check site settings after permission denial.
